What it is

In Nepal, finding someone you can trust inside your home - an electrician, a plumber, a tutor for your kid - still runs on word of mouth. HamroSkill ("hamro" is Nepali for our) turns that into a marketplace: verified professionals across electrical work, plumbing, tutoring, cleaning, cooking, care work and trek guiding, dispatched on demand, with payment settled only when the job is actually done.

The trust mechanics are the product. Providers are verified before they ever appear in search, booking takes seconds rather than phone calls, and pay-on-completion means the customer never fronts money to a stranger. It's the same instinct as the day job at the security press - design the system so trust doesn't have to be taken on faith - applied to the informal service economy instead of paper.
